IT BELONGED TO A LATE AVID HAM RADIO PERSON.I PURCHASED THIS PIECE FROM HIS WIFE WHO TOLD BE THAT SHE BELIEVED IT WAS A WORKING UNIT. I HAVE NO WAY OF TESTING THIS PIECE SO I AM SELLING AS-IS.
