This is a  Political Pin that was distributed at political conventions and voting drives.
This is the Gold color  "Stevenson"  from the 1960's and Democratic Committee Presidential campaign pin / button.
This is litho on metal and has a pin on the back.
This was stored for years in a box and retains great color and is in nice, near mint  condition, the pin itself is nice.
These are for collectors and should
NOT be Given TO SMALL Children EVER!! These have sharp pins
