- I collect and build steel frame cr 250s and decided to take one of my motors and donate it to the build.
1996 CR250 motor
- Motor was stripped vaporblasted and rebuilt using all Honda OEM parts including crankshaft.  Only part not oem is clutch basket. I       have a wiseco basket installed.  Clutch plates are crf450 steel plates, fibers, and springs(clutch was weak part of these motors)
- cylinder is a Eric Gorr 265.
- Motor has about 2 hours total run time.
- conversion kit was purchased from cr500conversion.com and professionally installed.  Frame was vapor blasted after.
- 1997 cr250 intake boot
- 2001 cr250 exhaust
- lectron carb
- suspension just serviced 200lb gncc valving Have stock springs will go with bike)
- oversized front rotor
- clark tank  (have stock will go with bike)
- new oem seat in box comes with bike also

Not gonna list everything pictures speak for themselves
Almost every bolt replaced with oem hardware on chassis and motor
This CR absolutely hauls and runs awesome.  It handles great and vibration while riding is really low.

This bike is built to ride!
or you can put in your man cave.
It was built by a Honda lover and it shows.
I can help arrange shipping with buyer if needed.
If you have been looking for an AFcr250 this is the one
This build was built to ride but I went over bored.
I have way too many projects on hand and have decided to sell the bike.  Also just had a knee replacement and looking to help fund      an addition at the homestead.
