Extremely rare Diesel VW T4 Westfalia Camper
Runs and drives nicely
Starts easily and doesn't smoke
Had it completely repainted before the pandemic started after someone hit the left rear corner and rear hatch and they replaced the rear hatch
Drove it into the body shop, they took out the dents and bends and replaced some parts, we upgraded the wheels and they did a good job. They took the cabinets out, cabinets were put back in but they didn't reconnect some plumbing which is all still there but not connected and can easily be, also the fridge is not connected electrically and some interior lights need to be rewired, the stove is not conneced to the LP, so figure on tinkering while you are camping...take some basic tools and have fun getting your camping systems to work while you are camping
Working on the interior of these is actually a lot of fun and doesn't require heavy lifting, more like an erector set and puzzle, and extremely satisying feeling to get things working...remember it's a nearly 30 year old vehicle, you'll be fixing here and there
The canvas pop top is present and functional but canvas has holes and is weathered and possibly could be patched but really should be replaced with a new one...it's a maintenance item
This Westy is located in South Florida. If you are tranportign overseas, Delivery to Port of Fort Lauderdale or Port of Miami is included free in purchase price, delivery to Port of New Jersey is 0
Have owned this Westy for a couple of years and started to do the work on it that's needed to make it perfect but will leave it to the next owner
