Description

Here is a very nice first year RM60.

Bike was restored from the bare frame up. Frame and parts was media blasted and painted. All bearings, bushings, etc. cleaned and freshly lubed or replaced as needed.
Bike starts easily when cold, just pull choke and kick it. Completed some work to the bike to bring it to the state seen in the pics and video. After work was completed it was driven only a couple of times for testing, bike runs great. Gears, clutch, brake, etc. all work as they should. The exhaust pipe still has the factory installed restrictor washer in the header pipe to help cut down on mid range and top end power, this was installed at the factory for a beginner rider. It can be easily removed if desired, but as it is factory I left it in. The chain tensioner was missing, so one with a roller wheel was added.
The exhaust heat shields are not stock. Bike still has a nice factory air box with new filter. Seat & pan are in nice shape. No damage or repairs to frame. The metal gas tank was professionally repainted and new decals installed, tank is clean on the inside.

New paint
Chain, front sprocket, OEM Suzuki rear shocks, dampers units with new bushings
Stock springs installed on these shocks
Fork seals & oil
Air filter
Plastics (fenders & side plates) decals
Front & rear tires
Front brake shoes
New engine crank bearings
All seals & gaskets
Chain rubbing block & roller wheel
The engine bore & piston still in nice shape. Inside of trans, etc. all very nice.
Trans is filled with fresh oil, no leaks seen.
Gas has been drained from carb & tank in preparation for transport.
Vintage 43 year old bike great for a collector, etc. Bike is being sold as is with
no title
. Mileage is unknown as there is
no odometer on this bike
