The Chevelle name is not on the showroom floors of new Chevrolet dealerships any more but it continues to be one of the most sought-after models in the classic car market. If you like the color blue, you're probably going to like this Chevelle. Dark Blue paint compliments a Blue vinyl hardtop and the body is accentuated by 17" US Mag wheels all the way around and plenty of chrome body and window trim. It really is an attractive car. Your day will get better when you pop the hood and gaze upon the “LS1" 5.7l engine that came standard with early 2000's Corvettes and Camaros. This fuel-injected powertrain is not only powerful but also reliable and can be worked on by most mechanics with parts readily available. Power steering and power brakes assist with drivability and the aluminum radiator with dual electric cooling fans keeps this motor from running too hot when you're having a good time! The cowl tag that came with this vehicle is still in place, showing that it was originally a Malibu 2dr sport coupe (body style 13637), produced at the Baltimore manufacturing facility. Similar to the engine, the transmission is also an upgraded 4-speed with overdrive unit sourced from an early 2000's Corvette that turns the rear wheels through a 12 bolt Posi rear end. Disc brakes in the front and a dual exhaust system with Flowmaster mufflers offer further performance enhancements on this 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle. You guessed it, the interior of this muscle car is Blue as well. The vinyl bucket seats for driver and passenger offer great support and the center console retains the signature “Horseshoe" shifter. An SS wheel has been installed with a tilt column and sitting behind is a full AutoMeter gauge set. General Terms
AVAILABILITY
: We advertise our inventory across multiple websites. It is best practice to inquire about the advertised vehicle prior to purchasing in order confirm that it was not already sold. Vehicles may be sold prior to its eBay advertising ending, and we reserve the right to end advertising/listing early or to cancel any and all bids/offers solely at our discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.  In the event that a bidder has the winning bid or finalizes the buy it now price, but did not check availability and the vehicle was sold before a deposit and contracts were executed, then we are not liable nor responsible.
AS-IS WHERE-IS
: All vehicles are sold on an AS-IS WHERE-IS basis.  Having a third party inspection and addressing any concerns is recommended prior to purchase.  It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify all advertisements which shall include but not limited to options, accessories, and vehicle condition before time of sale.  If the purchaser chooses to waive an inspection, the AS-IS WHERE-IS is still enforced.  Any concerns will not be addressed post sale as the sale is final without cures or remedies.
PAYMENT
: We require a non-refundable ,000 deposit within 24 hours of offer being placed.  A deposit is a commitment to purchase and is applied towards the purchase price. The commitment to purchase is not contingent upon inspection, financing, or any other terms or conditions.
We require full payment within 7 days of offer acceptance, unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing.
If the deposit and/or full payment are not provided within said time frame, all vehicles will be relisted and transaction will be considered null and void.
We accept wire transfer (preferred), cashier's check, personal check (vehicle shipment will be delayed until check clears), ACH, credit cards (for the agreed deposit amount only and will incur a 3% fee), and in person cash payments. We also offer vehicle financing, please inquire for details prior to making bids/offers.  PayPal and American Express is not accepted.
VEHICLE RELEASE
: Signed purchase packet which shall include but not limited to the purchase contract, cleared payment in full, and a copy of your driver's license will be needed before the vehicle is released.
Fees and Taxes
All finalized transactions will have additional charges if applicable which could include the following: sales tax, title fees, license & registration fees, and other additional government or licensing agency charges to register the vehicle.  The purchaser is responsible for these charges.
The advertised price and winning auction bids shall include a document fee of 7.63.
All credit cards are charged a 3% convenient fee.
