What could be better than a 1967 Drop top Malibu big block and a nice spring day, or summer, fall and heck even winter. This 1967 Malibu has a sweet medium blue paint covering the body that is topped by a white convertible top. This is not a car for the introverts as anytime this car comes to a stop someone will wave, thumbs up or tell you about the car they had when they were young. This car attracts onlooker like a moth to my back door porch light on a warm summer's night. Just like the city of the same name this car is all about wind in your hair, sun in your face, cruising and fun. Now, what could be more fun than a drop top powered by a big block 396 Cubic inch Chevy that features Winter's snowflake aluminum heads that flow like a NASA wind tunnel? This big block was built with an Edelbrock torker 2 intake that is topped with a Holley sniper EFI system that includes the Distributor. Helping this big block breath are a set of Hooker long tube headers. before the EFI was installed this combo pushed 490HP at the crank, that will put some wind through your hair! Backing this torque monster is an M-22 Muncie 4 speed manual transmission that is equipped with a McLeod clutch to handle all this power. A Chevrolet 12 bolt rear axle housing a posi traction carrier with 3.55 to 1 ring and pinion do the duty of pushing this power to the overworked tires in the rear. General Terms
AVAILABILITY
: We advertise our inventory across multiple websites. It is best practice to inquire about the advertised vehicle prior to purchasing in order confirm that it was not already sold. Vehicles may be sold prior to its eBay advertising ending, and we reserve the right to end advertising/listing early or to cancel any and all bids/offers solely at our discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.  In the event that a bidder has the winning bid or finalizes the buy it now price, but did not check availability and the vehicle was sold before a deposit and contracts were executed, then we are not liable nor responsible.
AS-IS WHERE-IS
: All vehicles are sold on an AS-IS WHERE-IS basis.  Having a third party inspection and addressing any concerns is recommended prior to purchase.  It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify all advertisements which shall include but not limited to options, accessories, and vehicle condition before time of sale.  If the purchaser chooses to waive an inspection, the AS-IS WHERE-IS is still enforced.  Any concerns will not be addressed post sale as the sale is final without cures or remedies.
PAYMENT
: We require a non-refundable ,000 deposit within 24 hours of offer being placed.  A deposit is a commitment to purchase and is applied towards the purchase price. The commitment to purchase is not contingent upon inspection, financing, or any other terms or conditions.
We require full payment within 7 days of offer acceptance, unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing.
If the deposit and/or full payment are not provided within said time frame, all vehicles will be relisted and transaction will be considered null and void.
We accept wire transfer (preferred), cashier's check, personal check (vehicle shipment will be delayed until check clears), ACH, credit cards (for the agreed deposit amount only and will incur a 3% fee), and in person cash payments. We also offer vehicle financing, please inquire for details prior to making bids/offers.  PayPal and American Express is not accepted.
VEHICLE RELEASE
: Signed purchase packet which shall include but not limited to the purchase contract, cleared payment in full, and a copy of your driver's license will be needed before the vehicle is released.
Fees and Taxes
All finalized transactions will have additional charges if applicable which could include the following: sales tax, title fees, license & registration fees, and other additional government or licensing agency charges to register the vehicle.  The purchaser is responsible for these charges.
The advertised price and winning auction bids shall include a document fee of 9.73.
All credit cards are charged a 3% convenient fee.
