We did not have the original tools and pouch. We do have the original owners manual.
The car was sold new in May 23, 1963 to Mr. Winnicky by Continental Motors in Plainfield, NJ.
· As of 7/29/1975, the car had 18,855 miles (still with Mr. Winnicky)
· As of 6/22/2002, the car had 24,271 miles (with the subsequent)
· The current mileage is 26,800
We believe there’s a strong possibility that the mileage is original to the car –as the car presents itself in excellent, unrestored, original condition throughout.
The motor and driveline perform as new.
We have just
· Re-cored radiator
· Rebuilt carburetor
· Changed oil and filter
· Tuned engine
· Installed new front Koni shocks
· Replaced all sway bar and link bushings
· Rebuilt all (4) brake cylinders
· Installed new exhaust system
· Re-chromed all chrome parts
All this work was done because the car had been in storage for quite a long time – as the car has only been driven approx. 2000 miles in the last 19 years.
